Scott Stamatakis was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. Scott graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science and went on to receive his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida College of Law. Scott began his legal career as an associate with one of the largest representatives of residential lenders in the State of Florida. During that time, Scott fined-tuned his skills as an expert in mortgage related litigation and gained an undeniable and rare insight into the complex and often fraudulent world of residential lending and foreclosure litigation. Scott has been involved in higly complex litigation and has gained extensive experience litigating numerous consumer based claims, injury claims, insurance claims, HMO and medical claims.
